15ml Grapefruit syrup
80ml Apple Cider
80ml tonic water
3 dashes OTO Bitters
London Essence Co Grapefruit & Rosemary

Combine all ingredients and stir. Pour into an iced wine glass. Garnish with rosemary and lime.
