COMMITTED TO REBALANCING THE WORLD

No actions without impact

We carefully consider every choice we make to balance creating the most effective products and experiences while delivering them in the most thoughtful and sustainable way.

These are the policies we’ve put in place to ensure sustainability and ethical, responsible business is at the heart of what we do

Proud Partners

We are grateful to have partnered with Future Plus, who supported us to shape an aspirational yet achievable project plan and ensure we stay on track to accomplish our sustainability goals.

As a proud member of the Sustainable Spa Association, we are actively working with a coalition of companies to improve sustainability in our industry.

Planet: Climate & Environment

1. INTENTIONAL INGREDIENTS

sustainable ingredients

+95% of our ingredients are naturally derived, vegan friendly and sustainably sourced. We only use synthetic ingredients when they are the safest or more sustainable option available.

2. PURPOSEFUL PACKAGING

sustainable packaging

We are committed to being 100% recyclable or refillable in 2023.

Most of our packaging is already recyclable and +93% will be by the end of 2022, as we have moved to 100% recyclable black plastic caps. We continue to work on our sprays, pumps and pipets which are made of mixed materials and unfortunately not yet recyclable.

3. CONSCIOUS OPERATIONS

operational sustainability

We are working to become FSC accredited with our packaging partners. The cardboard used in our secondary packaging sourced from Holmen Iggesund mills who have been awarded by Platinum EcoVadis rating for their sustainable production and forestry management.

We have just completed our carbon emissions audit for scope 1 & 2 with Carbon Responsible which will be conducted annually to ensure we grow responsibly.

We are actively working with our team on how they can reduce their individual impact but already 20% of our team use the cycle-to-work scheme. Our offices have bins to segment food waste and recycling from general waste.
