Giving yourself permission to switch off. During the 60-minute experience, sound therapist Michelle will guide you through a breathing exercise to help you relax and connect to your body, before taking you on a soothing sound journey featuring gong, crystal bowls, vocals and other instruments.
Both CBD and sound can help you to relax deeply and restore balance, making the combination the perfect way to wind down at the end of the day and help you disconnect from the day’s activities before bed.
