The session will begin with a full body scan, before focussing on the breath to relax each & every part of the body ready for sleep. With a focus on the breath, we can begin to calm the inner chatter of the mind and draw our attention inwards. Yoga focuses on the energy centres of the body, our chakras and with these centres coming into alignment we can start to feel balanced and therefore rested. This works wonders when combined with CBD.
